How often is the RIGHT number of times to post on social media? In the past, I’ve seen some really high numbers — up to 20 a week on Instagram if you include Stories. That’s daunting for most of the people I talk to!

I want to share with you just a little I learned about doing social media RIGHT from a certification course I just completed.

Here’s what I learned was the current best practice (and I happen to agree with it):

You should post ….

• 2-5 times a week on Facebook and Instagram
• But probably only 2-3 times a week on LinkedIn
